I’m Nicole Gilbert, Co-founder and Partner of Gilbert Properties. Born and raised in Lawrenceville, GA, alongside my brother, I was brought up in a diverse cultural environment, thanks to my Colombian immigrant mother and California-raised American father. They instilled in me a strong work ethic and a deep passion for community. Being fluent in both English and Spanish allows me to connect with a broad range of clients and colleagues.

After relocating to Greenville, SC, I completed my schooling and graduated in 2016. Unsure of my career path, my mother encouraged me to explore real estate. I began studying it in 2017 while pursuing other interests. However, it wasn’t until the pandemic hit in 2020 that I fully committed to real estate, obtaining my license and diving into the industry with full force. Since then, I have dedicated myself to serving clients in both the metro Atlanta, GA, and Upstate South Carolina areas with a relentless pursuit of excellence.

I find immense joy in helping clients turn their real estate dreams into reality. Negotiating deals with expertise, I always strive to secure the best possible outcomes for my clients. Outside of work, I cherish spending time in nature, whether walking in the park or hiking with my beloved dogs. I have a passion for baking sweet treats, engaging in community activities with my family, and exploring the world through travel with my loved ones.
